Every medicine has got some side effects. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg TABLET also has some side effects which may occur in the early days of the treatment, but get better after some time. Common side effects of Ciplox 500 MG TABLET include nausea (feeling sick), vomiting, diarrhea. These side effects are temporary and may resolve over time. If these side effects are persistent or are troublesome, speak with your doctor.

• Sudden wheeziness, difficulty in breathing
• Chest pain, fever
• Swelling of eyelids, face, or lips
• Rash or itching (especially affecting the whole body)
• Upset stomach, loss of appetite, severe, persistent or bloody diarrhea, stomach pain, or fever
• Serious bowel inflammation
• Swollen lymph nodes or skin rash (eosinophilia and systemic symptoms)
• Very severe headache which may be associated with visual disturbances such as blurred vision, double vision, or loss of vision
• Serious illness with widespread severe blistering of the skin, mouth, eyes, and genital
• Inflammation and/or ulcers of the gullet
• Blood disorders: tiredness, easy bruising, or infections
• Low blood pressure
• Increased heart rate
• Aches in the joints or muscles
• Stomach pain and diarrhea
